Afterpay Tall Stories was a 1 minute x 6 Part Tiktok Series featuring Australian comedian and content creator Lachy Mcintyre. The brief called for a series of short animated clips to edited in amongst the live action footage. Each episode was centred around a story about a variety of unexpected expenses emphasising the reach of Afterpay. Such as Accidentally dropping a saucy meat pie on an expensive Afghan Hound. Getting addicted to doing a cold plunge in a wheelie bin. Last minute T-swift tickets for your dad.

The turn around was only a couple of weeks so animation was deliberately limited. Assets were illustrated inside Adobe Fresco and then animated in After Effects. The iconic Afterpay teal used as a colour blocked background.
