About

Influenced by my experience in a body that’s fluctuated up & down the overweight spectrum since childhood; HEAVY explores how internalized fat-shame affects our perception of self as well as how we experience & engage with the world around us. Throughout production and since completion I’ve fretted about whether I communicated the right tone or feeling but I also worked really hard on it so here it is.
